Understanding the Toll of Critical Incidents

My research undertaking explores the organizational and operational psychophysiological hazards inherent to public safety personnel. Using qualitative inquiry, my goal is to bridge rigorous scientific research and end-user expertise to co-create effective solutions.

Through knowledge translation and mobilization, we directly equip public safety personnel and organizations with evidence-based, tangible solutions to mitigate occupational stress injuries and increase wellness.
